What is CBD?

CBD, short for cannabidiol, is a chemical compound from the Cannabis sativa plant, which is also known as marijuana or hemp.

Is this legal?

Yes, absolutely. Extracted from cannabis sativa leaves only sourced legally from the government.

Where is this made?

It is formulated and manufactured by Sai Phytoceuticals Pvt ltd. at their GMP approved and licenced Malanpur plant in Madhya Pradesh, India. We manufacture in house to ensure the highest quality. 

How do I store this?

In a cool and dry place, preferably. You can also carry it while you travel.

What is the shelf life of this product?

One year.

How do I take this?

The CBD oil: You can take it orally, under the tongue and hold it for 15-20 seconds for maximum relief. This has to be taken when you have had dinner, best before going to bed. The dose initially should be 5 drops to ascertain the body response and then can be increased upto 1ml(10 drops) per serving per day for normal people. The dose could be increased after medical consultation only.

The CBD Lotion: Take 1ml of Lotion or an amount good enough for applying on the affected area. Massage the area till the lotion is evenly applied to the affected area and absorbed into the skin.

Can I put it in my food? Like milk or cooked food or cakes?


Why is this made in MCT and not alcohol/Tincture?

MCTs do an impressive job at protecting all of the CBD from being completely broken down by the digestive system before reaching the bloodstream. Since CBD is a fat-soluble compound, it is most efficient and best absorbed by your body when taken along with saturated fats, like MCTs (fractionated coconut oil). The composition of the tincture also requires the use of carrier oil.

Can I use this on my skin?

Yes, this can be used and applied on skin as well as for pain relief. 

I have diabetes, can I use this safely?

Yes. Diabetes is an inflammatory condition and CBD does have anti-inflammatory properties. In research, CBD has shown promise in reducing insulin resistance and moderating blood sugars for people with type 2 not taking insulin.

I have thyroid, can I use this safely?

Yes, it can be taken, however, if a few hours are allotted between the medications, there seemed to be no negative side effects for most people. Of course, this depends on the dosage and frequency of use for both thyroid meds and the CBD oil. The studies on cannabinoids and thyroid health are limited, but so far their findings do suggest that CBD may normalise thyroid conditions.

My parents are elderly with various issues. Can I give this to them safely?

Yes. CBD oils are rapidly becoming an alternative to many drugs and medications. For older adults, it may be especially beneficial at relieving pain and discomfort caused by arthritis. It may also have some protective benefits for the heart and brain, among others. It is a natural treatment for symptomatic relief. 

I am going through chemotherapy; can this help with its side effects?

CBD oil reduces pain and side effects like nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy. Further, it enhances mood and reduces anxiety. Please note, CBD is not a cure for any disease.

Yes, it aids in better sleep.

What is the dosage?

Typically, ½ ml daily before sleeping. It is recommended that you start with a low dosage and gradually increase the dosage over time. Please adhere to the dosage recommended by your physician or medical practitioner. 

Will this make me intoxicated?

No, it will make you slightly sleepy (full spectrum), but it will not make you intoxicated.

Do I have to take this regularly? 

No, that is entirely upto you. While there are many benefits of CBD oil, you can also talk to a medical professional about the same and your own personal condition. 

Can this be taken as SOS?

You can take it when you are troubled or in pain. It is not an SOS formulation and will not help in emergencies. 

What if I take an overdose?

Contact your medical practitioner. 

Do I need to take any precautions?

Yes. This medicine should only be taken only after a meal. Do not consume while under the influence of alcohol. Children should not consume this. Also, do not consume this while driving/riding or operating machinery.

I have high blood pressure, is this safe to take daily?


What does it taste like?

It has no taste. 

Can I gulp this with water or any other drink?

Try not to. But if you are unable to take it, you can. It works better if you take it under the tongue, and faster too.

Who should avoid CBD?
